Yes, that’s a fair question. I’ve intentionally taken on short- and mid-term roles where I could drive immediate results, open new markets, or support rapid growth. Many of these were strategic moves—whether helping a company break into enterprise sales, close key deals, or pivot after funding rounds or leadership changes.
Should I be worried about retention risk?
If the mission is clear, the product solves a real problem, and I’m empowered to execute—I stay. The job-hopping pattern reflects how fast tech changes, not a lack of commitment on my part. I’ve consistently delivered revenue, even in short tenures, and I’m here to do the same for the right team.
What did you learn from moving between roles?
Speed, adaptability, and pattern recognition. I’ve seen what works across SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, and HR tech—from startups to large enterprises. That perspective helps me close faster, avoid mistakes, and ramp quicker than most reps in static environments.
